I always really like looking at guides–whenever I level a job, I try to read every guide I can find for gear suggestions, and other tips on how to play jobs.  However, since a lot seem to be scrambled–I’ll find pieces I like on every guide, it seems, yet not every guide has everything!, I compile my own!  They are anything but complete, but tend to be pretty useful, in my opinion (:  For me at least, it’s really useful to know what’s available, and to know what kind of set ups are useful for what, and which I personally would like best, and to choose accordingly.
